Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
songluna ltd, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, operates Songluna AI and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers Songluna AI at songluna.com: our AI song, lyrics, voice and cover creation features, audio tools, Studio, and account services. You can read our homepage, this policy, and our terms without creating an account.
1. Account Information and Google Sign-In
When you register with email, we collect your email address, account name, and a password hash. When you choose Google, GitHub, or Discord sign-in, we receive the account identifier and the basic profile information that the provider supplies, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We store account and authentication records to recognize you on later visits.
Google sign-in requests only the openid, email, and profile permissions. We use this information to create and secure your Songluna AI account, display your profile, provide account support, and associate your creations and purchases with your account. Signing in does not grant us access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, contacts, or private YouTube data.
We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Google account information is separate from the prompts, lyrics, audio, and other content that you choose to submit to a creation tool. You can review or revoke the connection in your Google account settings. Revoking the connection does not by itself delete your Songluna AI account; use the deletion options described below to request removal of stored account data.
2. Content, Billing, and Usage Data
We process the prompts, lyrics, messages, uploaded images or audio, voice samples, video links, and Studio files you submit, together with generated results and task settings. We also keep subscription status, credit balances, and transaction references. Stripe handles checkout and payment-card information; we do not store full card numbers.
We process technical and usage information, including browser and device information, network and security signals, feature activity, errors, cookies, and browser storage. We use these records to operate the service, enforce usage limits, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
3. How We Use and Share Information
We use your information to sign you in, run the tools you select, save and deliver results, manage subscriptions and credits, send verification and account messages, respond to support requests, and maintain service security. Your profile details can appear on your creator page and content you make public; you can edit your profile in account settings.
Our service providers process the information needed for their functions. Cloudflare provides application hosting, database and file storage, security, analytics, and email. Stripe receives billing information, including your account email when you start a purchase. Authentication providers process sign-in requests. WaveSpeed, Kie, and MachGen process content for the music or media models you select, and OpenRouter processes submitted text for writing and chat features. Stock-image and video-extraction providers receive the search terms or video links needed for those features.
Submitting content to an AI tool sends the content needed for that request to the relevant provider. Google sign-in does not give these tools access to your Google mailbox or files. Provider processing may take place outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Retention and Your Choices
We retain account and authentication records while needed to provide your account. Music and project retention depends on your plan and the storage and saving limits shown in the service. You can manage content and profile information in account settings, export account data, or request account deletion. Revoking a social sign-in connection and deleting a Songluna AI account are separate actions.
Some transaction, security, or support records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Contact privacy@songluna.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or if you cannot use the account controls.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, authenticated access controls, password hashing for email accounts, and restricted service credentials to protect information. Hosting and payment providers also apply their own security controls. No internet service can promise complete protection against every security risk.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
Cookies and browser storage support authentication, security checks, preferences, draft recovery, and usage analytics. You can use the cookie controls offered by the site and your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or draft recovery from working.
7. Updates and Contact
We update this policy when the service or its data practices change and show the latest update date above. For questions about this policy or Google sign-in data, contact privacy@songluna.com. Our Terms of Service describe the rules for using Songluna AI.
