Plus & Pro: commercial use rights for eligible generated music
These rights apply within the current Terms and do not clear material supplied by someone else.
Rights depend on your plan and workflow.
Rights in uploaded or user-provided material remain your responsibility.

Four things decide the answer
A paid plan is necessary for Songluna AI commercial-use rights, but it is not the only check.
01
Free, Plus, or Pro determines the Songluna AI rights attached to an eligible generated output.
02
Prompts, lyrics, uploads, samples, names, and references can introduce rights outside Songluna AI.
03
Rights depend on the feature used and whether the result is eligible generated music under the current Terms.
04
Publishing platforms and client agreements can add requirements for ads, videos, podcasts, games, stores, and other destinations.
You create an original prompt and lyrics, generate eligible music while Plus or Pro is active, and publish within the current Terms.

Songluna AI does not grant rights to third-party material. You still need the necessary permission for anything you upload, quote, sample, imitate, or reference.
Commercial use can include many destinations. Each can add its own platform, client, distributor, or store requirements.

Brand films, paid campaigns, product demos, agency deliveries, and in-store creative.

Monetized videos, YouTube channels, Shorts, podcasts, intros, outros, and social clips.

In-game music, apps, interactive experiences, software, and downloadable content.
Platform and client rules may still apply.
Permission to use a track and copyright in it are different questions. A paid plan gives you commercial use rights; copyright protection depends on human authorship.
Where you publish can add its own requirements on top of your plan.
The Terms of Service is the controlling source. Pricing shows the current plan and credit details.
Last policy review: October 18, 2026. Check the current Terms before publishing.
Yes, when the service grants commercial rights and you have the rights to every input. On Songluna AI, Plus and Pro include commercial use rights for eligible generated music; Free-plan music is for personal use. Platform and client rules still apply.
Songs you create with Suno models inside Songluna AI follow your Songluna AI plan: commercial use rights for eligible music on Plus and Pro, personal use on Free. Songs made in Suno’s own app are governed by Suno’s terms.
Only the human-authored parts. The U.S. Copyright Office concluded in January 2025 that AI output is protected only where a human determined sufficient expressive elements, such as lyrics you wrote or your own arrangement and edits. Prompts alone are not enough.
It depends on the platform. YouTube, for example, requires creators to disclose realistic AI-generated content, including AI music that is the main focus of a video. Check each destination’s current rules before you publish.
Free-plan outputs are for personal use. Plus and Pro include commercial use rights for eligible generated music created while the paid plan is active. Review the current Terms and your plan before publishing.
No. Songluna AI describes Free-plan outputs as personal use only. Review Plus or Pro before creating music for commercial publishing.
"Royalty free" usually means you pay once instead of per use; it does not mean a track is free of copyright or free to use any way you like. On Songluna AI, your AI music license comes from the plan a song was made on: commercial use rights for eligible music on Plus and Pro, personal use on Free. The current Terms set the exact conditions.
Credit packs do not create a separate license. Pack credits follow your current subscription license.
Rights in uploaded or user-provided material remain your responsibility. Only use material you own, created, or have permission to use.
The current Terms and plan details control attribution and use requirements. Check them before release because policies and publishing destinations can change.
No. This page is a practical summary, not legal advice. The Terms of Service and your plan details are the controlling sources for Songluna AI usage rights.
Compare Free, Plus, and Pro, then create under the plan that matches your intended use.
